We accept no liability for the performance, failure, or quality of third-party services.

The Road Ahead is operated by The Road Ahead Tour Co Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC887757).
2.2 Nature of Service
The Road Ahead provides digital products and informational content only. We do not sell, organise, or provide travel services, accommodation, transport, or package holidays.
Any third-party services referenced, recommended, or linked are provided independently by those suppliers. Customers enter into separate contracts directly with those providers.
2.3 No Package Travel
The Road Ahead does not act as a package travel organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
We do not combine or sell travel services as a single package, nor do we take payment for travel services on behalf of third-party providers.
2.4 Liability Limitation
The Road Ahead shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred during travel
- Failure, cancellation, or changes by third-party providers
- Road conditions, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
- Accuracy of third-party information or availability
All travel is undertaken at the customer's own risk.
2.5 Rider Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they:
- Hold appropriate licences and insurance
- Ride within their ability and comply with all local laws
- Assess road, weather, and traffic conditions
- Ensure their motorcycle is roadworthy
2.6 Digital Product Terms
All digital products (including PDFs, GPX files, and route guides) are provided for personal use only.
They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission from The Road Ahead.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. See our Refund Policy for details.
2.7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to The Road Ahead. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
2.8 Changes to These Terms

2.9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
